Approaches
Cognitive neuroscience informs my perspective on people, processes, and systems. Data analysis and storytelling inform my recommendations. Deploying both, I find impact in optimizing business ecosystem transformations.
AR/VR Product and Pricing Research
Senior Business and Strategy Planner
I designed six-figure research efforts on product shape, business models, and willingness to pay for Microsoft's next-gen AR/VR products. My research methods ranged from discrete choice modelling, conjoint analysis, and cognitive science research approaches.
Executive People Strategy Data Analytics
People Analytics Lead
I ideated and PM'ed a bleeding-edge NLP/AI tool that eliminated manual, biased qualitative analysis. The resulting tool processes over 1.5M employee comments annually and generates automatic executive dashboards to VPs and the C-Suite. The tool and my field applications were featured in SIOP 2020.
Neuroanalytics in Business and Mission Teams
Advisor, Founder
I was the first MBA student in the Wharton Neuroscience Initiative and representative at the Mission Critical Teams Institute. I co-founded Mentalic Labs with Michael Platt using neuroanalytics to improve teams. I taught over 150 Wharton students alongside Michael Platt, Nancy Rothbard, and Adam Grant on social science management techniques and marketing research.
Data Driven DHS Bombing Prevention
Strategy & Management Consultant
I independently combined seven disparate data bases on bombing threats, policy, and resources to overhaul Department of Homeland Security's Office for Bombing Prevention strategy for prioritizing federal and state training. I created a live executive dashboard that visualizes data to inform executive decisions and reduce bias in domestic terror attack prevention.
